Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair. Please read the guidelines below before submitting a cancellation request.

Free Cancellation Window

Cancel for FREE within 2 hours of placing your order

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order completely free of charge within 2 hours of placing it — as long as the order has not been dispatched yet.

  • The 2-hour window starts from the time your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
  • After 2 hours, cancellations may still be accepted if the order has not been packed or dispatched — subject to review by our team.
  • Once an order is dispatched and in transit with a courier partner, cancellations cannot be processed. You may initiate a return after delivery.

Partial Cancellation for Multi-Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, you can choose to cancel only specific items rather than the entire order. Here is how partial cancellations work:

What you can do

  • Cancel one or more specific items from a multi-item order
  • Reduce the quantity of an item (e.g., 3 units to 1 unit)
  • Receive a partial refund for the cancelled items only

Important notes

  • If partial cancellation drops the order below ₹499, the ₹49 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
  • Partial cancellations are only accepted before dispatch.

How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation, please use one of the following methods. Make sure to have your Order ID ready:

My Orders Dashboard (Recommended)

Log in to your account → Go to "My Orders" → Select the order → Click "Cancel Order" or "Cancel Item". This is the fastest method and available 24/7.

Email Us

Send an email to support@vedantstationary.in with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. We respond within 2 business hours.

Call or WhatsApp

Call or WhatsApp us at +91 72187 28781 between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Sat). Please keep your Order ID ready.

Refund Timeline on Cancellation

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Here are the expected timelines:

Refund timelines are from the date of cancellation confirmation. Processing times on the bank's end may vary and are outside our control.

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items are non-cancellable due to their customised nature. These include:

  • Custom-printed products — Personalised notebooks, custom stamps, printed name labels, or any product with customer-specific printing.
  • Made-to-order items — Products that are specially sourced or assembled on your request.
  • Bulk/wholesale orders — Orders of 50 or more units of a single product placed under the bulk order programme.

Non-cancellable items are clearly marked on the product page before you add them to your cart. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing the order.
