* Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day. Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive real-time updates through the following channels:

  • Email Notification

    A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking ID and courier tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.

  • SMS Alert

    An SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment will be sent to your registered mobile number.

  • My Orders Dashboard

    Log in to your Vedant Stationary account and visit 'My Orders' to view live tracking status for all your orders.

Remote & Unserviceable Areas

Certain remote, hilly, or rural PIN codes may not be serviceable by all our courier partners. Here is what happens in those cases:

  • If your PIN code is unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout before placing the order.
  • For remote locations, delivery may be routed via India Post, which could extend the timeline to 7–12 business days.
  • If we are unable to deliver to your address for any reason, we will contact you via email or phone to arrange an alternative.
  • If delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
