7-Day Returns
We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
How the Return Process Works
Raise a Return Request
Go to My Orders, select the order, and click 'Request Return'. Alternatively, email us at support@vedantstationary.in with your order number and reason.
We Review Your Request
Our team reviews your return request within 24 hours. You may be asked to share photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
Pickup or Drop-off
For approved returns, we arrange a free pickup from your address. Alternatively, you can drop the item at your nearest courier centre.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Eligible for Return
- Item received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong item delivered
- Item missing from order
- Item significantly different from description
Not Eligible for Return
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Opened consumable products (e.g., ink refills, liquid glue)
- Items without original packaging after 7 days
- Items purchased during special clearance sales
- Digital products and gift vouchers
Refund Timeline
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges for items received in damaged or defective condition, or if a wrong item was delivered. For size/variant exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
