1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vedant Stationary website (vedantstationary.in) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of placing your order will apply to that order.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary due to monitor settings. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• We accept payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery.
• COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 and incurs a handling fee of ₹40.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the amount if we are unable to fulfil it.
• Order cancellation by the customer is permitted within 2 hours of placing the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Standard shipping charges of ₹49 apply otherwise.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• We currently deliver pan-India. International shipping is not available.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Vedant Stationary & Online Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
